Purpose
This notice describes how information is handled on the QABU website. The current website does not use advertising technologies, behavioural profiling or a public analytics platform.
Conversation page
The conversation form transmits the details you choose to provide through a secure server-side path. Enquiry data is stored privately for review by QABU. Optional attachments are stored separately in protected site-native object storage and are not exposed through a public URL.
Request metadata is used to protect the form against abuse and enforce rate limits. Enquiry information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to assess, respond to and maintain the context of the conversation, or to meet applicable legal obligations.
Technical information
The hosting service may process limited technical information required to deliver and secure the website, such as request metadata, device information and security logs. That processing is governed by the hosting provider’s applicable terms and operational controls.
Cookies
The current website does not set non-essential cookies. No consent banner is displayed because no optional analytics, advertising or embedded social-media technologies are active.
External links
Any external source or project link is governed by the destination site’s privacy practices. QABU is not responsible for third-party websites.
Changes
This notice will be updated if the form, analytics stack or other data practices materially change.
